DIY Christmas Tags

For me, the days getting longer and hotter are the prelude to Christmas. I’m not sure if it’s the sunny blue skies or the anticipation for the holiday season and days off of work, but I always feel positive and energised in these early days of summer. I’ll change my tune after the first heat wave, but for now I’m feeling festive!

To celebrate, I’ve made a set of free brush lettered gift tags for anyone who hasn’t finished wrapping their presents yet. You can think of the blue as the perfect skies and cool ocean of summer, or the frosty beauty of winter depending on which hemisphere you’re in. Just download the file, print them out, cut just inside the lines, and use a hole punch on the black dot.

I almost always wrap presents in brown paper and kitchen twine, so the nice bright blue and a bit of greenery offsets this nicely. Do you have a gift wrapping style?
