UX design

I currently work as an Experience Designer at Bankwest, and my primary focus is making the mobile app and online banking experience as customer friendly and useful as possible. A large part of this is helping to shape our design system and other processes to enable designers, developers, content writers and testers to produce their best work. In my day-to-day I work with various multi-disciplinary delivery squads as well as an awesome team of designers.
